Dallas Fire Department Lock Box Program
The Town of Dallas offers a free residential lock box program to help emergency responders gain quick access to your home in the event of an emergency — without needing to break through a door or window. With your written permission, a secure lock box containing your house key will be installed at your residence. Only the Fire Chief or their designee will have the access code, and it will be used only during an emergency.
